First, allow 15 seconds for image to load on slower computers. If it still does not appear then follow the step below.
It will check to see if you have Java. Java Runtime Environment® from Sun Microsystems® is included in most earlier editions of Internet Explorer® and Netscape®.

Virtual Tour requires Java® Runtime Environment Virtual Engine to display the
images. To download the latest version of the Virtual Engine, click on the Java button and follow the prompts for manual install.

| Go to the right side of page and
look below orange banner for instructions. When asked to Open or Save the file, choose Open and this will run the installation. If you are running a firewall program, you must always say yes when it asks for permission to access the internet to complete the download process. When the install is done you will be asked to restart your computer. Try opening up the Virtual Tour again and this should fix the problem.
